Joy and Jerry welcome you to their Wake Forest Hair Salon. Since 2000 it has been our great privilege to provide hair design, hair cuts, coloring, perms, and barber services for the whole family. What a wonderful experience. He had so much knowledge of hair and gave me a really good haircut. I love my new haircut and the price was so affordable - I will definitely keep returning to J & J Hair Designs. Just love all the wonderful compliments received after Jerry does our hair cuts. It's a nice feeling when asked, "Who did your hair" or "Where did you get your hair done?"
Joy has done my hair for 15 years! She is always great. Never disappoints and keeps me looking great. My daughter, Devin, who is 15 has never had her hair cut by anyone other than Joy. They are always on top of the latest trends, colors, and products and keep it very affordable!

Some of Joy's hobbies include motorcycle touring with her husband, piddling in the yard, and playing with her dogs rescued at local shelters.

Jerry can offer a full range of haircare products and services.

A spa shower is all about me, not the norm everyday get in get out shower.
First take your mind to "me".
The hair gets a good shampoo and then carefully remove moisture from the hair, apply conditioner from scalp to ends with your fingers, giving the scalp a massage as you work it through your hair.
Now you can shave those legs that have gotten the once over through the week.

I research in my spare time and when I am applying color I am thinking about the process that is taking place in the hair shaft.
Sometimes it's hard for my brain to visualize the whole process.
I would hope someday a child would not have to experience growing up without hair.
